Doug Blake's '73 442 -- Doug acquired this car July 14, 1999. Its 1 of 4,165 built with the 'U' Code 455 engine option. Him and an old girlfriend rebuilt the engine. Drivetrain has also been rebuilt as as of its addition to this gallery, there's only 50 miles or so on the rebuild.

Doug Blake's '77 Black/Gold 442 -- Doug bought this car in December of 1988. He had to have it as it was his favorite color of Black/Gold and just looked mean. But it lacked an engine. It was going to be Doug's winter car so he could drive his Hurst/Olds, but one thing led to another and after 6 years, its fainlly hitting theroad again for the first time since Doug blew the previous 455.

Doug Blake's '77 Red 442 -- Doug purchased this car in August of 1994 to be a parts car for the Black/Gold '77 442. It had PW/PL, tilt, and factor gauges. This red hot mama-maja became his weekend warrior car of choice.

Doug Blake's '83 Hurst/Olds -- Doug got this car in 1988 just a couple month's after his high-school graduation. Its number 1,536 of 3,001, built February 2, 1983. It has ever option including t-tops and remains his favorite Oldsmobile.

Doug Blake's '85 Olds 442 -- Doug bought this car on December 5th, 1995. Someone had installed a Chevy 350 which was subsequently sold. The engine will *someday* be replaced with a 455 and the car will be repainted. This "work in progress" vehicle waits patiently for completion.

Roger Huber's '62 Jetfire Turbo -- Steve Mestad (left) and Rober Huber (right) pose with the nearly complete Jetfire in late April of 2004. With only the interior left to be put in place and some final adjustments of the body panels to go, the two are fairly proud of the fruit of more then 6 months worth of labor.

Paul Bonstrom's '72 Cutlass S -- It has the 442 package and 455, 4sp drive train. The car is a solid California car with the original Saddle Bronze paint - a bit nicked up and multi-hued, but good enough until the kids leave the house.
